What Is Causing The Stomach Cramps With Spotting?

im lavita i am 5'5"..i did weigh 158 but i jus gained like 4 lbs since last week.i have been pregnant b4 but i had a misscarage at 10 weeks. I have been on the orto evra patch for quite a while now when i first started it i had all the side effects that said could happen after a while they went away .so since ive started it ive been skipping my periods and ive never had any problems of any sort.now suddenly i have alil cramping not like period cramps n i spotted for one day,my breast are tender and itchy,nand i have been constipated and gassy, its been about a 4 or 5 days since the spotting and i was wondering could these be more side effects or pregnany symptoms.i took a test the same day i spotted then thought about like well it would b too early for one.
