What Is Causing The Tingling Sensation In My Armpit?

Hi! I am 25 years old, and have a family history of breast cancer. On my physical exam, a doctor found out that I have 2 lumps on my left breast and another 1 on my right. I had an ultrasound done and results show that the lumps are all benign cysts, however I am always having tingling sensation on my left armpit. Is this caused by the lumps?
