What Is Difference Between Herpes And Yeast Infection Symptoms?

Everytime I wash my penis I have small red blisters on them that go away over night until I wash my penis again with soap. I was laying on top of someone naked nd making out but my penis wasn't skinned back to probably catch anything and that occured 22 days ago. Could it be herpes?? I dont get discharges or anything. and my penis have been itching alot since October and its now late January. Can u tell me what is the problem?? Is it herpes or a yeast infection?
