What Is The Bright Red Spotting Even After Period Completion?

A couple of weeks ago I suffered from a uti. I took antibiotics and I was on birth control pills. 2 weeks ago I finished both the antibiotics and stopped taking the birth control pills. My period started the very next day. 14 days later I am still having issues of spotting that is bright red with mucus when I wipe. What could this be?
