What Is The Bug Bite Looking Thing On My Skin?

hello, 27, healthy and 14 weeks pregnant and just noticed the other day what at 1st looked like a bug bite in the past two - three days has gotten larger, and has dried out...i put a hydro cortisone cream and it only seemed to get larger ... what may it be? side note this past week in our house we have found about 8 "garden spiders" (or at least that's what my husband is calling them) in our house we live in Mexico and i have never seen them here before ...
