What Is The Cause And Treatment For Lyphedema?

i am 36 female and have been diagnosed with lyphedema stage 2 but recently i had a cut happen on my leg and some clear liquid came out along with a little blood. I have never had this happen before or have a wound leak for so long it last almost 13 min. Should i be concerned and can anyone tell me anymore about lymphdema
