I VE HAD 3-4 INTENSE PAIN ATTACKS IN THE LAST 2 YEARS. STARTS BELOW COLLARBONE & SHOOTS UP TO CHIN. LASTING 2-5 MINUTES?? LAST ONE MADE ALL MY TEETH ACHE. DON T RECALL ANYTHING SO INTENSE, SHARP, EVER! HAVE REFLUX OCCASIONALLY WHEN EATING SUGARS/FATS ESPECIALLY. ALL OF THEM WERE IN MORNING BEFORE WAKING AROUND 5-7 A.M.
