What Is The Cause For Itchiness That Has Spread From Face To Neck?

Suffering with skin problem...little itching is also there . it spread from face to neck..doctor suggested to use XYZAL tablets and calamine lotion...i m using from 3 days but fount not much result....Also did Blood tests for this to check whether this is because of changes in blood.
