What Is The Cause For The Delay In Period With Constant Urge To Urinate?

I am a female. I missed my period for 5 days already. I have been experiencing cramps as if I was on my period. When I urinate it also hurts a lot and that is accompanied by very light blood when I wipe. I also have a very constant urge to urinate and when I do almost nothing comes out.
