What Is The Cause Of Breast Pain And Irregular Periods?

Okay my periods are very normal I have for 7 1/2 years now. But back in November after I got off my period which last for 7 days my boobs started to hurt really bad until I got my period in December which was 6 days early and only last 3 days stop for 1 day spotted for 2 more days stopped again for 3 then spotted for 2 hours this pink and brown color then stop again. My question is why did my breasts hurt for so long and why did my period do act like this?
