What Is The Cause Of Bumps In Penis After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hello, i am 19, i have had unprotected sex twice, at 15 and 17 years old. I have noticed two bumps on my penis in the last 5 months, i thought they were pimples at first but they would of gone away already. they slowly grow in size, are painless, raised. I got checked a year after the first time i had unprotected sex and i was told i was ok. I recently had protected sex and seems like the condoms irritated the 2 bumps since they grew in size. I can provide pics if needed, just want to get an opinion on what it is before i get checked.
