What Is The Cause Of Dizziness While Taking Phentermine?

I ve been taking phentermine and I know dizziness is a side effect but I had a bloody nose and been dizzy almost all day. Especially when I ate one cookie and a small chocalate. I have had a meal today and drinking plenty of water no caffeine drinks. Am I ok?
