What Is The Cause Of Missing A Period?

Hi, I was married on 25th October and had my first intercourse on 28th October. I have a 30 days period cycle. My last month(Oct) period was on 18th. But i still dint get my period this month(nov). Am worried if am pregnant? I don't want pregnancy so early? Kindly advise
