What Is The Cause Of Recurring Pain In The Knee And Hip?

I have recurring pain in my left groin area. Also I get pain in my knee and have trouble bending it without pain. It also is in my hip area at times. The pain varies day to day as far as where it is, how intensive it is, how often I have it. Some days I have no pain, but they are getting fewer.
