What Is The Cause Of Red Bumps?

I ve had small red bums,(single) ichy tiny bumps that appear on my temples, one day it would be on the right, the next day I might be the left, they are like pimples small, they itch at night and I did some research and I think I may have folliculitus, help me identify it
