What Is The Cause Of Skin Rash And Boils Before Period?

I had sudden hives followed by teeth chattering. Mri clear. Lots of blood work done-all good. The hives went away but the teeth chattering persisted. I was told it was probably functional. I was given botox 4 month ago and that seemed to help but I have a very minimal baseline jaw tremor. The chatter only occers when my jaw is completely relaxed in a normal bite. I have some myoclonus jerks induced by relaxation or pressing along my spine or in large muscle groups. The chatter and jerks get worse with alcohol. Since botox I have had two attacks. Both occurred prior to starting my period and were proceeded by skin rash and boils-lasted about four days and ended with period. Any thoughts? During an attack anxiety seems to make it worse but anxiety and stress do not appear to play a roll in initiating it. The same is true with caffeine. Any thoughts?
