What Is The Cause Of Spotting After Implanon Removal?

Hello. I had my implanon removed 24 days ago. Since then i have had gooey like discharge then brown discharge then to nothing. Been crampy here and there and slightly sensitive nipples. I am ttc. Also i was on my period the day i got it removed then hours later that day it stopped. A few days later i had what i assumed was spotting. I normally have my period at the end of the month. I have also had unprotected sex since removal.
