What Is The Diet For Peri-menopausal Patient?

Hello sir....my mother has an age of 48. she is is in peri-menopausal conditions. right now,she is having her git upset. Today,the doctor prescribed her with antibiotics such as darolac and loxof. So what should she eat under these conditions??? the problem is I was just searching for an answer to my query on various sites. I didnt knew that i will be charged for getting an answer. I am a student. How can I pay money? sorry...
