What Is The Difference Between Tugain Solution And Tugain Foam?

Hello myself Abul From Chennai i m 25 and my height is 169cm and my weight is 65kg 7 months ago consulted Dr. sentamil Selvi,M.D.,D.D., Ph.D., M.N.A.M.S., Professor of Dermatology, Madras Medical College, Dermatologist, GH Retd., for hair loss treatment also My hair was rough and dry she Prescribed me to Use 1. Tugain foam 5% gel Morning and night 1gm, 2.Tab. FINPECIA 1 mg-60 nights, 3. Triclenz Shampoo 4.Triflow cream Conditioner for 9 months unfortunately i was only able to continue the medication only for 2 months time and now i m facing more i.e adverse hair fall ( more than 100 strands) at each hair wash( twice a week) occasionally i break the intervals so i started the same medication but with 2 changes 1. Instead of Tugain 5% Foam tugain 5% solution, 2.Additional Vitamin Tablets(HAIRGRO) for 50 days. I recently saw ur reply to one of my friend suggesting not use finpecia in my case can i continue using it and what is the difference in Tugain Solution Than Using Tugain Foam
