What Is The Lump On My Nipple Area?

I noticed a lump on my breast about 2 months ago its in my nipple area, its hard, does not move when i rub it and its the size of a nickle but does not hurt. i am 4 months pregnant. The lump is not visible but once i rub the area i can easily feel it.
