What Is The Permanent Remedy For Folliculitis ?

Hello Doctor,
Iam male of age 26.
since last 2 years i am suffering from foliculitis. There are lot of pimple kind of bubbles coming on my scalp and even on face.
I consulted dermatologist . initially i took microdox and while taking this medicine it was in control . Then again it started which was not able to be solved by microdox.
So doctor prescribed Tufacne and Azifast . It worked.
But now it is coming again......Is there any permanent solution for this?....I am fed up of taking this antibiotics...
