What Is The Permanent Solution For Poly-cystic Ovaries?

I am suffering from polycystic ovaries. I already took Yamini for 6 months. When I take Yamini periods are normal (28 days) but when I stop using Yamini then problem of irregular periods starts. Today when I met with the doctor then she recommended me to take Yamini for 1 years. I don't know what is the permanent solution of polycystic ovaries as it is not suitable to Take Yamini for many years.
