What Is The Pink Like Flesh That Is Sticking Out From Urethra?

Hi, I been wanting to know what this was.. I had it as long as I can remember.. I tried describing it on google to find an answer but noone seems to know what it is.. its pretty embarrassing because I know noone had this thiing down there so I'm going to try my best because I do need help..

In my vagina.. The hole where I pee is pretty big... But its not a small hole its like a line and it puffs out a little.. Then there is this little like fleshy like pink in color and its like idk but its right in my pee hole area like its just there sticking out.. It doesn't hurt at all but I feel very uncomfortable if I was to have intercouse because sometimes it hurts if he rubs on it hard or something.. Idk but please help me understand what this thing is...
