What Is The Reason For The Bumps On The Feet Which Was Bit By Red Ants?

a week ago i got bit by red ants on my feet, one week later i am getting red like bumps that sometimes have a white head and some are blistery, it seems to be spreading to different parts of my feet, i can not tell if it is from the insect bites or if it is athlete's foot since it seems to be spreading
