What Is The Reason My Miscarage?

sir i have few small fibroids in uterus.on 25 april 2012 my last period was happen then I have miscarage and on 5july 2012 dr. wash it. Iam 37year old and I have hypothyroid but it is under controll.
on25 june I hurted by wall on my head.so what is the reason my miscarage?
