What Is The Red Bump On The Vagina?

I had oral sex and rubbed his penis to my vagina. 5 hours later I developed a fever and cough and there is a painful red bump in my vagina. I don't think its an std because symptoms showed so fast. Also, if it was, I think there would be a bump or something in my mouth too. What could this be?
