What Is The Red Mark On My Nipple?

Hi! I noticed a couple of weeks ago i had a little discharge on my left nipple that had dried i removed it and under there was a little red mark.the mark is still there but my nipple was dry and ive been putting cream on it the red mark is still ther...today i noticed that my pores on both breast seem much large are the 2 related? im 43 yrs and i think im going thru menopause
