What Is The Remedy For Headaches With Spondylosis And Osteoarthritis?

I have been dx w/ lyme dx since 2012. meds:lyrica. I just had my cervical spine disc.1-8 jan.2013. I have servere spondylosis , disc dx and osteoarthritis. I have nerve like pain all over where I scream the pain is so bad.Then about 3weeks ago I started w/painful headaches in one spot of my head but only lasted a few moments. My Dr. today dx. me w/occipital neuralgia increased my lyrica from 200mg to 300mg a day. I also get spasms in my upper/lower back all the time. will this goaway?
