What Is The Remedy For Irregular Periods?

Hi doctor, i am 26 yrs old..thin looking girl..47kg , 5.5 ht. i have been having irregular periods from the time of puberty..I have taken homeopathy Medicine for many yrs and it became more or less normal..In the sense i used to get once in 2 months or 3 months ..after treatment i started getting it between 40 to 45 days regularly and it always lasts from 5 to 7 days..Dr. told me its hereditary, as my mom n sis also have the same prob. I got married before 2 yrs and we had protected sex. Now we want a baby and started having unprotected sex for past 3 months. I got my periods on Aug 13 (within 33 days) which is unusual and now it has crossed 45 days and i havent got my periods yet. And the pregnancy test showed negative. What should i do?
