What Is The Remedy For Twitching In My Muscles With PCOS?

I have been having pain on my right inguinal area for a few years. Painful when walking, specially of my bladder or colon are full. Once I empty them then I feel relief. I was prescribed narcotic and ibuprofen for pain. I do not take narcotic since it is possible to impair my ability to work but I do take ibuprofen st least once a day 3 tabs 500 mg. This dose reduces the pain, allowing me to be functional. I have been to rheumatology, neurology (2-part EMG done), GYN, neurosurgery, primary care, .... Almost all specialties. Had an MRI shows all normal, I have numbing of the face, EMG was fine, showed no issues with nerves or muscle function. Had stopped men straying for 3 months, consult with GYN indicated PCOS, was referred to hormone tx or homeopathic care. I chose homeopathic. After first visit, began having menstration again. Feel heaviness in pelvic area and a 1.3cm triangular nodule was found on left inguinal area. Lymphocytes have been high, speckled ANA 160:40, rheumy stated no findings of arthritis nor inflammatory diseases. Right side of abdomen and pelvis is swollen. Hands and face become swollen on a daily basis. When I drink distilled (yes only filtered water does this) with fresh lemon thru after a few minutes go back to normal size. I also have unexplained twitching in my muscles specially on my right side of the body. Family hx is prominent of cancer with mother, 3 out of 4 brothers, both grandfathers, 3 aunts and 2 cousins that I am aware of. Could you give me insight into what I am going through?
