What Is The Right Treatment For Enlarged Uterus, And Multiple Hetrogeneous Hypoechoic Round Masses?

I am 48 yrs, just entered menopause, I have been diagnosed with enlarged uterus measuring 160X74X99mm. It s walls are studded with multiple hetrogeneous hypoechoic round masses ranging from 19mm to 78 mm in diameter. Endometrial thickness is within normal limits (5.3mm) the upper cavity being distorted by masses. Please advise type of treatment to take . Surgery removal of uterus is my last option. Please advise.
