What Is The Solution For Bed Sores?

Hi doctor.I am a 24-year-old, having severe bed sores on my hip area since my childhood; however, I haven't got any treatment till today.The ulcers keep on coming every once in one or two months, make me suffer for one week to 10 days and then reduces without even any treatment. But, in the recent days, as my job is back-office work, the frequency of occurrence is more and the pain is also getting more and more.My hip area is full of black marks of the old sores. I am shy to go to any doctor or to share this to somebody.Kindly help me please.I am feeling bad and even thinking whether to get married or not....
