What Is The Solution For Boil On Lip?

Hi Doctor, I had a small boil in the lower lip, (left corner; facing the gum, I cannot bite) and it was getting swelled in the surroundings as well. I applied a little pressure on that, a little puss came out of that. now It appears like the boil is filled with blood. I am scared if the blood come out; and that may cause similar boils in other parts of mouth as well. please advice what would be the ideal treatment and the reason behind the same.
