What Is The Solution For Tiny White Spots Developing All Over My Body?

Hi! I am a 22 year old black female and I have been worried about these tiny white spots I have and am developing all over my body. They are very small and not surrounded by any darker areas. The most spots are collected on my right forefinger and the areas just below both thumbs. But I also have spots on my arms (both) and legs and very few on my face and one on my lip. What could this be?
