What Is The Suggestion For Severe Leg Pain During Pregnancy?

My wife is 32 years old and last 5/6 years she is suffering a pain in her left leg(in the middle of knee and heel, and it is on the left side muscel).

We had cunsult with Orthopédagogue and Neurologiste doctor but she did not get any benifit. As per doctors advice we have done some blood test, X-ray, MRI on whole body but nothing found.

One of the Orthopédagogue doctor said she has problem in blood circulation and the problem is not on her leg but on her back waist and given some exercice on waist with some pain killer and calciam injections.

Neurologist doctor also given some pain killer medicin but can not remember the name now but still suffering the pain.

There is something swell feel on her leg when touch but nothing found on diagnosis. Now the pain is really untollarable and she is suffering a lot. She is also expecting a baby(Pregnant -5 month).

Pls advice what to do and which doctory to consult further.
