What Is The Treatment For EMPD?

My husband has been diagnosed with extramammary Paget's Disease EMPD. He is not a good candidate for surgery, heart issues and diabetes and 82 in November. Looking for a doctor who has experience with treating EMPD with imiquimoid. Located in Western MA but will travel if we must.
