What Is The Treatment For Myasthenia Gravis?

I am 39 Years Old, 5' 11" and 83 Kgs. I am suffering from Ocular Myasthenia Gravis since January 2004. Initially My Neruoloigist prescribed Omnacartel. The medicine was stopped after almost 18 months. The disease reoccured after 6 months. Then my nerulogist prescribed Azoran. Since December 2007 I am taking 2 tablets of Azoran and 1 tablet of Folvite daily. My doctor also adviced for the check-up for Sugar Level (Fasting), Billirubin & etc at regular interval. Recently I observed that My Sugar level (Fasting) was 110, Billirubin was within range and SGPT was 57. I got the check done in Jan'2011 that time Sugar was 96 SGPT was 36 and Billirubin was within normal range. The only difference is due to some reasons I left the exercise. Please tell me is this increase is due to the side effects of Azoran or any other reason?
