What Is The Treatment For OCD?

I suffer from OCD and although I have been on and off cipralex for a few years now and have received CBT, I am currently feeling very anxious and the ocd has returned with a vengeance. My issue is that I have also been going through IVF and have had two failed attempts over the past 14months (I came off cipralex for these cycles). We hope to have another go before Christmas (we will be having a frozen embryo transfer) and I would really like to go back on cipralex to help manage my anxiety but I have been told that I can't take cipralex when pregnant so not to take it when having IVF. I'm not sure what to do as I'm feeling quite bad at the moment.
