What Is The Treatment For A Crack In The Butt Region?

After i go to the bathroom my butt always feels sore. It was about a week ago, it hurt the most. Im pretty sure that i have a rip in my upper butt crack and it itches and hurts ALOT! im not sure what to do about it, i have stopped wearing thongs and nothing seems to be happening. It hurts to walk, i mostly waddle now. is there something that i should do or should i just wait it out
