What Is The Treatment For Anechoic Cysts In The Ovary?

Hi, I am 6 weeks pregnant and had a transvaginal ultrasound done earlier. Part of the result stated: "The right ovary measures 3.5x2.9x2.6cm with a thick walled, hypoechoic cyst measuring 2.3 cm." and "The left ovary measures 2.4x1.9x1.7cm with multiple peripherally located anechoic cysts, the largest measures 0.4 cm." I am going to consult with my ob-gyne tomorrow but I'm just really worried about these cysts. Please help!
