What Is The Treatment For Black Marks?

About three months ago I got 15 iron/vit B injections in my butt, because my iron reserves were down to 8. I had helicobacter pylori and celiac disease. Now on diet and h. Pylori gone from antibiotics. But, my butt still has black marks from the iron injections. Any way to get rid of that?
