good evening doctor, i am diaognised bulky uterus 123mmx55mmx51mm showing small intra mural fibroids c nabothian cysts cervix, Endometrial thickness is 6.2mm. I get delayed and heavy periods by 10 to 12 days for 10 days with huge clots till last day of my periods which is very painful. I get severe cramps in stomach and left leg. I can't sleep at night because of my bladder pressure. My age is 40 yrs.My ultra sound report reads-(1)Calcific focii right lobe of liver-non specific.(2)echogenic focus gall bladder-?polyp.(3)bulky uterus showing small intra mural fibroids c nabothian cysts cervix.(4)residual urine.
