What Is The Treatment For Burning Sensation?

I have a burning sensation in my right leg, thigh, groin, breast , I have had it getting worse gradually over a week It was very itchy now just very sore to touch. I have a small rash on my back also but the rest of the hot burning/ itchy area shows nothin on the surface
