i was diagonised with fibroids in my uterus which is about 5.85 cms in size... doctor has advised me to get pregnant within 1 year.. my question is i have started putting on weight and so i am doing jumping rope exercise to reduce my weight. i want to know if that is a good idea if i have fibroids
