What Is The Treatment For Hashimoto's Disease?

I have recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, but I've had it for at least the last 12 yrs. I'm having a lot of symptoms, some of which don't fit Hashis and no one can seem to figure out what's going on. I tested positive for Lyme Disease, but it appeared I've only had it for 2-3 weeks before we started treatment. I'm experiencing a lot of neurological symptoms - tremors, twitching, extreme vertigo all the time, very unsteady. I also had a sudden vision loss in my left eye back in Jan and have had bad glares/halos/light sensitivity ever since. I'm wondering if I've had Lyme longer than the test showed...I did have a bad bug bite last summer, but never saw a bug so IDK what it was. No rash, flu like symptoms, or joint pain. I had an MRI this week because my Dr was concerned about MS, but it came back normal. I've recently read about Hashimoto's Encephalopathy and it seems like it could really fit also. I'm having lots of other hypothyroid symptoms as well, and have an appt with an Endo next week. Ophthalmology exam was normal, and I've been refered to a Neuro-ophthalmotogist. And now my PCP wants me to also see a Neurologist. I'm just at such a loss...I'm only 28 years old and haven't been well, and my symptoms are progressively getting worse. Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated!!!
