What Is The Treatment For Irregular Periods?

Hi,I am lady of 38yrs ,has a kid of 6yrs age,got married in the year 2003 ,in the year 2005 during the 7th month of pregnancy i had IUD reasons not known may be diabetes,2nd and 3rd pregnancy got aborted during 5-6th weeks because of rubella infection,got teated for rubella and conceived in the year 2007 i.e 4th pregnancy had gestational diabetes during pregnancy and was on insulin and delivered a healthy boy with c-section in the year 2008,after delivery diabetes was not there but after 1year it came back i am taking Azilux 2mf(glimepride n metformin) till now.

from the past 2 years i am suffering with hormones imbalance as i am not getting periods regularly.Recently my Hba1c is 7.4 ,Can i plan for a second child..pls suggest
