What Is The Treatment For Missed Period And Stringy CM With A Tiny Bit Of Blood In It?

Hi, I came off my implant in October 2013. I have my first period 5 weeks later on 9th November and then 4th December and my last period was 27th December.

I calculated the average cycle and it was 24 days meaning I am due on today. I haven't had a period today and yesterday I experienaced very light brown CM and today just when I went a loo I check and my CM is alittle stringy with a tiny bit of light blood. I done a test yesterday and it was negative. Please help.
