What Is The Treatment For Multiple Ovarian Cysts And Bulky Uterus?
My wife aged about 43 years old, suffering from right ovarian multiple cysts and bulky uterus as per U.S.G report. Right ovary measures 53X 34 mm, Bulky and cystic. Left ovary measures 28 X 18 mm and normal. Impression:- Retroverted, mild bulky uterus. Bulky, cysti right ovary. She feels continuous lower abdominal pain.
Serum CA-125 report shows 13.3 U/ml.
