What Is The Treatment For Pain In Abdomen And Shoulder?

Hello I have fullness in upper left abdomen and dull pain. It is from under last rib that goes to under left breast. I also have awful pain in my left shoulder blade, the pain is also on top and on side of left shoulder. This has been happening for 5 months. I had a cat scan of abdomen and also chest x ray but it showed nothing. I know I have a separated shoulder from approx 6 years ago. I have my blood tested often because I was just diagnosed with CML Leukemia 6 months ago and they test it regularly. Sometimes when I am doing something that involves use of my arms extended out (folding laundry, washing dishes) I get a terrible cramp pain/cramp in left ribcage from back to front. On 1-10 pain scale it would be a 8. Thank you so much for your time, Christine
