What Is The Treatment For Perineal Pain With Hydration?

I have severe perineal pain following excessive hydration, up to 18 liters of IV fluid administered post subarachnoid hemorrhage complicated by syndrome inappropriate anti-diuretic hormone. Thus, the reason for excessive IV hydration. I am at home now but the perineal pain is terrible. My abdomen was swollen but this has resolved.
